Over the past year, a commitee of the Board has been meeting to review and update the Bylaws and Certificate of Incorporation of the Smaller Manufacturers Association of Connecticut, Inc.  As a result of this review, revisions to both the Bylaws and Certificate of Incorporation have been considered and approved by the Board of Directors and the Board is submitting the amended and restated Bylaws and Certificate of Incorporation to the members for a vote.

December 16, 2011 the revisions were approved by the membership.
